I live in the Sierra Nevadas where Dogwoods are everywhere, so this is a favorite of mine.
This stays on our end table next to one of our love-seats and acts as a perfect coaster for cups or glasses. It can also be used as a trivet for warm dishes.
Approximately 9-1/4" x 11-1/2"
This was my very first penny rug I designed and, I have to say that after all of this time, it has really held up well.
I tried to replicate it a few years ago and couldn't find the exact colors that I had originally used. So I went looking for similar colors and found some that were close enough. I will say though, even now, not all of the second choice colors are available.
I designed this in 2008 and I believe it's becoming a "classic" and will be a pattern that can be used years to come regardless of using the colors I had originally used.
This is an e-pattern and not a paper pattern! This e-pattern is in pdf form, so if you don't already have Adobe Reader, you need to get it http://get.adobe.com/reader/ ~ hope you enjoy!

Love this dogwood pattern. I love Spring when the dogwoods are in bloom, they just don't stay long enough...can't wait to make the pattern for me and family members who also love dogwoods. Thank you!
